Please read these terms of sale before ordering from Anchorage Panoramics Ltd/Readmanphotography. Any orders will be accepted on the basis that these ‘terms and conditions’ have been read and accepted.
When you purchase a print or canvas from this site, you own a quality product that has passed all the criteria of quality. Should you not be entirely satisfied with the product that you receive, you can send it back and get a full refund. However, the product must be sent back in its complete packaging.
Should those conditions not be fulfilled, a refund will not be made. Please insure your parcel at your end as if the print does not reach us or is damaged during shipping, a refund will not be possible.
Prints and Canvas’s can be purchased using PayPal, or via other debit or credit cards. Payments are only accepted in pound sterling. Prints will be dispatched only once funds have been cleared.
Dispatch
All prices shown are inclusive of postage and packing in the UK. Items are dispatched to you, recorded and tracked by sign for Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Someone will have to sign for the package on arrival at the destination. The prints/canvas’s are dispatched within five working days of payment being cleared. If for some reasons there is a delay, you will be informed about it.
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods received, you can have a refund (excluding all dispatch costs that we have incurred for you). Contact me to return the artwork within 14 days of receiving the goods. If for whatever reason you decide to return the print/canvas, you will be responsible for returning it in its original condition. You will have to bear the costs of packing and dispatching the prints/canvas’s in a safe manner for its return. The original cost of shipping to you will not be included in the refund. Please use a trackable service, as we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of returned items. Failing to receive the prints/canvas’s at all or in its original, resalable condition, a refund will not be made.
Your privacy is of the utmost importance. When you provide in this website with identifiable information, it will not be passed on to a third party. You may be informed about promotions on certain of products that may be of interest to you however you will be able to opt-out during the process of this option.
